How to Manage Organization Domains
Use this guide to set which email domains are approved for your facilities. A domain is the part of an email address after the @ sign. When domain restrictions are on, you can invite only users whose email address uses an approved domain.
Before you start: you must be an Organization Administrator.
Add an approved domain
Section titled “Add an approved domain”- Open Manage Multiple Facilities.
- In the sidebar, click Multi-Facility Domains.
- In the Add Domain section, choose one or more facilities from the drop-down list. The facilities you choose show as small labels (pills) that you can remove.
- Enter the domain name in the text field, for example
yourcompany.com. - Click Add Domain. The domain is added to all the facilities you chose.
The system checks the domain before it adds it:
- You cannot add a public email domain, for example gmail.com or yahoo.com.
- You cannot add the same domain twice for one facility.
- Your organization can have a limit on the number of different domains.
