How to share an uploaded BAPLIE file with a guest account
Use this guide to share an uploaded BAPLIE file with the guests of your facility.
Before you start: you must have guests in your facility already. Click here to see how to add guests.
- Log in to baplieviewer.com. The home page opens with the Function Menu on the left.
- Click Upload BAPLIE. It is the second menu option under your facility’s name. You can also click the facility logo at the top left. For more about uploading, click here.
- Find your file in the list. After an upload, the file stays in the list until the system deletes it. This depends on your account settings.
- Switch on the Access toggle in the row of the file (highlighted in the picture). The screen then asks you to confirm. This shares the file with your facility.
- In the Actions column, click the double arrow icon (highlighted in the picture). A window Share files with guests opens.
- Choose who gets the file. You can choose All Guests, or you can switch on one guest at a time.
What the guest sees
Section titled “What the guest sees”The guest finds the file under All Files and Shared with Me in the Upload BAPLIE section. A guest cannot upload their own files. A guest cannot edit the data in the shared files.
