Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.
Use this guide to download a version of your BAPLIE file without container identification numbers. The file keeps the numbers of hazardous containers, for safety and for regulations. Use it when you share vessel stowage data with other companies and want to protect container identity.
Before you start: open your file.
- In the Function Menu on the left, open Management and click Download BAPLIE. The Download BAPLIE page opens.
- Open the list Select which version of BAPLIE to download….
- Choose Current Version without NAD segments for full containers and remove container number unless hazardous. The download starts.
What this file changes
Section titled “What this file changes”The downloaded file has two changes compared to the original BAPLIE file:
- NAD segments are removed. NAD segments hold name and address data. They are removed from all full (loaded) containers. Empty containers keep their NAD segments.
- Container numbers are removed. The equipment identification number is removed from all containers, unless the container is marked as hazardous cargo.
All other data stays the same: positions, weights, port codes and vessel information.
